Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2024
1. Introduction
Prep360 ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our online educational platform designed for BECE exam preparation in Ghana.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Using Prep360 does not by itself grant advertising consent; Meta advertising tools remain off unless an eligible adult makes an affirmative choice. If you do not agree with our essential service data practices, you should not use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
When you register for an account, we collect the following personal information:
- Student Information: Full name, email address, and password
- Guardian Information: Guardian/parent name, mobile number, and email address
- Account Information: Username, subscription status, and payment information (processed securely through Paystack)
2.2 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you use Prep360, including:
- Questions answered and performance metrics
- Time spent on different subjects and topics
- Progress tracking data and learning analytics
- Device information (browser type, operating system, IP address)
- Log data (access times, pages viewed, features used)
2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
2.4 Meta advertising measurement
Meta advertising tools are off by default. If an adult guardian or public visitor chooses “Allow advertising,” we may load Meta Pixel and use Meta Conversions API on approved acquisition, registration, checkout, and payment pages. Meta may receive the event, page context, advertising cookies, device/network details, and hashed contact details belonging to the consenting adult payer or account holder. We use this information to measure and improve advertising; Meta processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not send learner identities, classroom activity, assessment answers, quiz results, scores, study plans, or known minor data to Meta. You may reject or withdraw permission at any time using “Advertising privacy choices” in the site footer. Withdrawal stops future Pixel and Conversions API collection on this browser and removes Meta attribution cookies set by Prep360.

We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed or stored.
